Welding fixation | Inner winding brush inside the pipe

A case where an inward-wound coil brush was fixed inside a pipe by welding!

Our company manufactures and sells custom industrial brushes with short lead times, starting from a single unit. Of course, we welcome consultations regarding desired bristle materials and shapes, and after hearing about any issues you may have, we can also propose brushes suitable for your specific needs. Here, we introduce a case where an internal coil brush was fixed inside a pipe using welding. We are currently offering two explanatory documents by brush professionals! "How to Properly Select Bristle Materials for Industrial Brushes (with Chart)" "Solving On-Site 'Problems' with Brushes! Technical Proposal Case Collection" Please take a look from the <Catalog Download>. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Pipe-mounted inward curling coil brush (custom-made)

Fix the inward curling coil brush to the inner diameter of the pipe. This greatly improves the ease of installation onto the device.

The internal coil brush is used for cleaning the inner surface of pipes and removing foreign objects, but it has the challenge of being difficult to attach to equipment due to its coil shape. At Kyoshin Giken, we can manufacture a brush unit that is fixed to the inner diameter of the pipe by spot welding the internal coil brush. This allows for bolt or clamp fixation using the outer diameter of the pipe, significantly improving ease of installation and replacement. The brush is highly flexible, and the pipe section is made of metal for strength, resulting in a user-friendly structure. All specifications, including pipe diameter, length, material, brush diameter, wire diameter, and material (such as stainless steel wire, brass wire, wire wire, and nylon or other resin types), can be customized. We can produce from a single unit and can accommodate reproduction from provided drawings as well as from actual samples.
